Application:

Main Features:

·LCD dynamically display sterilizing process, temperature, pressure and time;

·With Bowie & Dick and vacuum testing procedures;
·Built-in imported vacuum pump, three times pulsant vacuum. Vcuum up to -0.09MPa (-0.9Bar), to ensure the efficient removal of dressings, sterilization bag, and the air gap of dental handpieces, to achieve optimum steam saturation;
·Pulsant after vacuum drying system has strong thermal cooling apparatus with best drying effects;
·Automatic electronic security door locks: Automatic warning and auto-lock in malfunction and power failure conditions;
·0.22μm HEPA filter can ensure the vacuum steam is amicrobic, to avoid further contamination;
·Self-check and LCD display malfunctiion;
·With mini printer to record the whole sterilizing process;
·Beep reminding when finishing sterilizing.
Safety Protection:
·Over-temperature protection: Over the setting temperature, system automatically cut off power;
·Anti-dry alarm: Below the water level, automatically cut off the heating power and display alarm information;
·Door safety interlock devices: Adopt electronic door lock, only the doors closed in place, sterilizers to start working procedures, connected the heating power. If there is pressure in the chamber, or the power is failed, the electronic door will lock the door handle, the door can not be opened;
·Automatic releasing pressure safety valve: When overpressure, pressure releasing valve will open;
· Electronic circuit safety devices: AC main circuit with a short-circuit protection, over-voltage DC control circuits with overload protection.
