MG Series (Manual Door) Pulse Vacuum Steam Sterilizer

These equipments were designed specially for simple CSSD, clinic and theater sterile supply units(TSSU), as well as laboratories etc. Quality products, complete solutions and programmers that enhance the prevention of infections provide a safe and healthy working environment.

Features

Control system: The control system with a built-in microprocessor, controls process of the cycle, the function of display of a LCD(FOR CHOICE) showing the operating conditions of the sterilizer, and printing which prints out cycle performance records automatically.

Cycle program: The basic cycles are programs generally used for most materials to be sterilized. The test cycles are a Bowie-Dick for chamber. The user cycle program can be used and saved by changing the temperature, pressure, working time and dry time from the basic cycle programs at the discretion of operator.

Air filter: The bacteria-retentive filter which can filter out 99.98% of 0.3u particles filters outside air supplied intot the chamber during the vent and drying the vent and drying phase. If prevents sterilized items from recontamination by bacteria in the air.

Vacuum system: The vacuum system with the water pump and ejector is equipped for exhausting air or vapor out of the chamber. If enhances sterilization and drying effect with a strong vacuum force and minimizes noise and malfunction.

Manual door interlock: The chamber door(Manual) could open when the power is turned off, the cycle would not operate when the door is open and the door would not open when any pressure exists in the chamber. In a case of the double door model, both of doors would not open simultaneously and one of the doors would open only the other one is locked.

Transport trolleys: We also offer a wide range of accessories, including a manual loader, and transport trolleys with transfer racks, adapted to the basket as well as the container systems.
